Schedule & Tracking
We will ship your order as soon as possible. Someone on the PROOF team will email you updates and tracking information as the status of your order changes.
All packages ship via UPS. Orders received between Thursday and the end of the day Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday. Orders received between Monday and the end of the day Wednesday will arrive Friday.
All orders placed on the following dates will be shipped the following business day due to our couriers holidays

Service Area
We ship PROOF to all U.S. states and the District of Columbia with the exception of Alabama, Delaware, Mississippi, Utah, Alaska, and Hawaii, due to strict alcohol delivery restrictions in these states. If you provide a shipping address that is one of these states, we regret that we will have to cancel your order.
Rates
Our 4-Pint and 6-Pint Packs are flat-rate shipped via UPS Next Day Air.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Signature Required
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase PROOF, and you must be available to sign for the package when delivered by UPS. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly forbidden to order, purchase, or accept delivery of PROOF.
PROOF Science
We pack our 7% ABV ice cream with premium spirits in an insulated shopping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents perfectly frozen. In fact, our product is colder inside our box than it is inside your freezer, with temperatures maintained by dry ice, which is -109.3ºF.
Gifts
We do not include payment or pricing information in outgoing shipments, however, because our product is perishable, you will need to ensure that the individual you are sending PROOF to is going to be available to receive and sign for it. Otherwise, the product will become waste and you may be charged a waste fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any order once it has shipped. If, for any reason, an order that has been attempted for delivery and then returned or declined by the buyer or recipient, which includes failed delivery as a result of adult signature not available or claimed within the allotted time provided by the shipping carrier, you may be penalized a waste fee.
